| PT Temporary Mail Opener
|
PT temporary mail opener responsible for opening and recounting mail, analyzing contents of donation, preparing batches, routing customer service and memorial donation items, counting and bundling stamped mail for return to postal service, and assist with miscellaneous duties. Requires ability to read and write English legibly, ability to pay close attention to detail, and ability to do basic, simple math. Work location is 3501 E. 46th Avenue, Denver, 80216.

| PT Temporary Data Processor |
|
PT/FT temporary position responsible for opening and analyzing daily mail donations, batching and processing on-line documents, and assisting with other projects related to the data processing department. Requires ability to type 40 wpm, ability to do 10-key by touch, and knowledge and previous experience working in data entry. Work location is 3501 E. 46th Avenue, Denver, 80216.

| PT Seasonal Donor Database Assistant |
|
PT seasonal data processor responsible for assisting with special mailings, daily count sheets and distributions, assisting in month-end balancing, inputting database cleanup and additions, assist data entry department with batching and data processing, and daily file maintenance. Requires proficiency in MS Windows applications, prefer Access and/or database software familiarity, detail oriented, team player, independent worker, good verbal and written communication skills. Work location is 3501 E. 46th Avenue, Denver, 80216.

FT position responsible for executive quality letter composition, travel reservations, arranging visitor travel and accommodations, maintaining and reconciling credit card receipts and statements, copier purchases and maintenance agreements, large item purchases, cell phone and two-way radio management, coordinating staff parties and events, and all general office duties associated with the Executive Office. Requires 3-5 administrative assistant experience, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple projects, good interpersonal skills, and above average proficiency and knowledge in all MS Windows applications. FT position responsible for conducting, interpreting and organizing individualized course plans, conducting assessments and tests, instructing group classes in prep for GED, linking resident academic skills with career interests, and developing LEC curriculum. Requires ability to work in team atmosphere, previous experience in adult education, and must possess a BA or comparable degree in Education or compatible discipline. | Grant Manager |
FT, exempt position responsible for overseeing and coordinating all grant proposal activities, supervise grant writer, research potential foundations, develop grant proposals, monitor post grant management funds and reports, and maintain the grant proposal planning calendar. Requires 3-5 years grant writing experience, experience working with budgets, understanding of government reporting requirements, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent computer skills with preference of Raiser's Edge, and ability to manage deadlines while prioritizing work under pressure. Work location is 3501 E. 46th Avenue, Denver, CO 80216.

| PT Maze Operations Assistant - Harvest Farm |
Work 20 hours per week assisting with basic cash and accounting procedures, hire and train cashier and resident helpers, and various post-maze preparations including cleaning equipment, writing event reports, and finding areas for enhancement and improvement. Requires ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, good customer service and interpersonal skills, good organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications, and strong Christian ethic. Work location is Wellington, Colorado. |
